STEM Conference

The STEM Conference is a full day event organised by Inspiring Choices in partnership with the National Railway Museum in York. The conference is for year 9 students from a few schools across North Yorkshire and its purpose is to offer young people a glimpse into the many different subjects that are on offer through further and higher education, as well as giving an insight to what different STEM careers might look like.

Some of the activities throughout the day include exploring the Wonderlab, attending a STEM question and answer panel, talking to STEM careers fair stalls and touring the National Railway Museum.
