About us

Molly Crowe

Outreach Coordinator

What made you want to work for the Inspiring Choices programme?

I was interested in the opportunity to work alongside young people and develop a range of materials that would be delivered across schools, as it was something I was beginning to do and had been excited about in my previous role.

What does your ideal workday look like?

My ideal day would always include delivery, often with a smaller group as it allows for one-to-one engagement and the opportunity to talk properly with a young person about their interests or ambitions. I always like to deliver Future Selves or one of the strategic projects that I’ve worked to develop. I always enjoy a drive to Scarborough if the weather is sunny!

What is something about yourself that you are proud of?

I am proud of my current strategic outreach and the development of the Spark Programme.

What activity do you enjoy outside of work?

I enjoy reading! It’s something I’ve loved since I was a child and have made a lot of time for in the past year.

If you could be a guest on a TV show which show would it be?

Taskmaster! It never fails to make me laugh and I’d love to get involved with some of the tasks.

What have you read or watched recently and enjoyed?

I read the Midnight Library a few months ago, which was an easy read whilst being very thought-provoking and imaginative.

What would be your ideal superpower?

A mix of telepathy and telekinesis – think along the lines of Jean Grey/Phoenix from X-Men.

You’re stranded on a desert island, what is one thing you can’t live without?

Something to play music, so I can keep listening to my favourite songs.
