Louisa Dobson

Head of Inspiring Choices

What made you want to work for the Inspiring Choices programme?

Everyone deserves an equal chance in life. I love working for a programme that aims to help young people who might otherwise miss out on the incredible experiences and opportunities that life has to offer.

What does your ideal workday look like?

My favourite days are the ones where all the team are together.

What is something about yourself that you are proud of?

Performing a solo live on Radio 3!

What do you enjoy outside of work?

I spend a lot of time singing old music in old buildings!

If you could be a guest on a TV show which show would it be?

As a very competitive person, I would love to be a contestant on Taskmaster!

What have you read or watched recently and enjoyed?

Last one laughing on Amazon Prime was really good. I love Richard Ayoade and Bob Mortimer who were both great on the show. I'm not sure I would last 5 minutes!

What would be your ideal superpower?

To conjure up chocolate whenever I wanted it!

You’re stranded on a desert island, what is one thing you can’t live without?

I don't think I could live without a hair bobble - for those times when you just need your hair out of your face!
